Industrial Units
Over the next few months we will have new and refurbished units becoming available to let. Due to the current economic climate we are anxious to let these units quickly and therefore we are prepared to be flexible and open to negotiation with regard to special lease terms and rent.
Our standard leases are for six years and are full repairing with break clauses and rent reviews at three years. Rents on application.
